For sale is my 2003 Buell Firebolt XB9R. An American sport bike like no other. This bike looks and rides like new. It only has 6278 miles. Tires are brand new. It has the factory race exhaust and race ECM and sounds deep like a Harley motor should sound. Never beat on as you can see in the pics. Upgraded gel seat, drop pegs for more comfort, adjustable levers. Oil and filter just changed and spare filters will go with the bike. Rear passenger peg assemblies included, just not on bike. Translucent Kick Ash bodywork, frame puck/sliders, new Q3 tires, new HD battery, fresh oil change, 13,000 miles (still riding, may change). Bar end mirrors and LED turn signals. Nothing wrong with it, the only reason I`m selling is because I`ve bought a KTM super moto. Wide, flat handlebars and athletic ergonomics put the Lightning rider in control of any situation. A broad, V-Twin powerband means thrust is always just a twist of the throttle away. The Buell is the most fun bike to ride. I love how it corners, the way the bike just disappears in front of you (like highway surfing!). It has tons of torque throughout the range and handles as well as any bike I have ever ridden. It is so different, it’s hard to explain, but you feel more bonded to the machine than the others, especially after riding a bunch of twisty roads. This unique head-turner is the most fun & versatile (and powerful!) bike I`ve ever owned. With low center of gravity, the bike feels and handles very light in your hands, especially considering the 1200cc V twin. It rides like a light touring or standard bike while going straight, and like a sport bike in the corners. She is also an extremely comfortable bike. At speed, the wind is minimized by the aerodynamic design and further improved by the adjustable MadStad windshield. Stock grip guards were removed, as they looked cheap, and the bike looks better without them; or new owner can install Bark Busters. `Buell` emblems removed from tank, giving it a sleek industrial look. I`m the Second owner and have only put a few hundred miles on it. My plan was to put knobbies on it and turn it into a killer dual sport machine for some off-road touring but that plan has been shelved, so.. Up for sale is my beautiful, 25th Anniversary Edition, Cherry Bomb Translucid, Buell XB12Ss. If you`re looking for a Buell then you already know how sweet this is and that you don`t see a lot of the later ones for sale. 2008 had quite a few upgrades to the motor along with a more advanced ECM that resulted in a higher redline (7100rpm vs 6800) and better reliability. This along with the 25th Anniversary badging makes this one of the most desirable XB models you can get.This bike has a hawk performance muffler on it and it sounds and feels great. It also has new Michelin Pilot Power tires, aftermarket grips and bar end mirrors and fork and swingarm sliders.As stated in the title, this is the `long` version, but keep in mind that is relative as the wheelbase is still shorter than most 600cc bikes at 54`, so it`s still a very compact and maneuverable bike. The long does get slightly more relaxed ergonomics compared to the standard, which is essential for tall riders, but really anyone can appreciate the difference and also enjoy the more comfortable seat that comes with the package.The miles on this bike are super low at 6,402, but they will continue to go up a little bit as long as the weather cooperates.Asking $5500 obo!Please let me know if you have any questions! I am selling my personal Motorcycle a 2007 Buell XB9S City X. The motorcycle is stock and is still running all the original parts with the exception of a new paper air filter and oil filter. Any damage is strictly wear and tear, like rubbing from pants, gloves, boots, jeans, the occasional bungee cord or riding in the rain. The rear passenger pegs and assembly as well as the belt guard have been removed for aesthetics but are complete and come with the bike. The original tool kit is included. Along with the original equipment the motorcycle also comes with the low seat from Buell ( I have short legs.) Bike has Pirelli Diablo Corsa Rosso tires with less than a thousand miles on them. Bike runs great and has no issues. This is my second Buell and it is much more pleasant to ride than my last xb9 due to all the upgrades/refinement in `07. Bike currently has 7367 miles but I will continue to ride it every day until it is paid for by the new owner. I would not hesitate to ride this bike anywhere. I will include a loading ramp for $50 if the new owner needs one when they pick it up. I have been buying and selling my personal cars, trucks & motorcycles on eBay since 1998 and have never had an issue with my descriptions so you should feel confident in bidding or purchasing from me. 2005 Buell Lightning XB12Scg for sale. Just over 10,200 miles. Clean & clear title in-hand. 3rd owner. Bike has never been dropped or laid down while in my possession. There are a few small rock chips on the front/lower plastics and some light scratches on the tank from clothing. The stock muffler is beginning to show some cosmetic surface rust. The rest of the bike has the usual wear & tear for a 10-year-old vehicle. Always stored in a garage or under a cover and on a battery tender. Primary/Engine oil changed and a new rear tire installed at 9,000 miles. Brand new battery installed September 2014. Brand new front tire installed April 2015. This moto has been very reliable, strong running, and bullet proof. i`ve used it to commute from San Antonio To Austin Texas on nice days and moto has been really good to me, a real pleasure to ride. There are ZERO oil leaks on this bike it stays really clean. Exhaust has the typical surface rust that is normal on these bikes. Bike was purchased new in Virginia then wound up in Texas. Original owner laid it down at low speed and was promptly asked to put bike up for sale. Most of the damage can be seen on the exhaust header which has a ding and scratches. Scratches can also be found on the same side passenger foot peg, zoom into picture for more detail. I`ve taken a picture of every scratch and blemish on the bike because I want any potential buyer to know exactly what he or she getting. I invite you to email or call with any questions that you may have. Airbox Cover was sprayed with Rhino lining, previous owner was tired of having to be so careful with translucent Airbox cover. Chin Spoiler removed, I prefer more of the naked bike look.
